Dr. Charlie Logan (Cook) was cursed during a childhood birthday party; to being lonely and used all his life.  Women, who sleep with him, go on to meet the man of their dreams and get married.

He and his plastic surgeon friend, Stu (Fogler), put the charm to the test, only, now he has began to hate being seen as good luck, and needs his own fulfillment in the love department.  After meeting Cam Wexler (Alba), the local aquarium penguin expert, he falls in love with her.  But, if he sleeps with her does that mean she will marry the next guy she dates, and lose her to his curse forever?

I'm not going to sugar-coat this movie for you like they do, it's not that funny, but, and it is a very charming and new, romantic comedy.  The rated R romantic comedies are catching on, because they have one thing that all the others were missing for the male audience, and that is boobs, lots of them.  And then, just when you think you've seen enough, they show you 3 boobs, on one girl.  Jessica Alba, is obviously the focal point, for the physical comedy aspect and many others.  Dane Cook tends to improv his way through the lagging scenes, and for some, improv isn't a favorite, but it works here, to a point.  Dan Fogler is the guy from 'Balls of Fury' which we all hated, and knew then, that his talent was wasted on that movie.  In this movie he is the disgustingly funny, sidekick.  Overall, a fresh cast, and good plot, but its beginning is slow and not nearly as funny as 'Knocked Up', but definitely worth the time, go with buddies or your woman/man.
